Looking for affordable home for family
What we would like to get out of our potential home is, basically the essentials: full bathroom, bedroom, bit of living space so kids can run around -room for tv, pull-out couch potentially, kitchen, maybe bunkbed/space for kids to sleep, And maybe a little storage hoping for under 80k including taxes etc final price. Probably something around 279-500sq. And able to deliver to Arizona.
This is probably a foolish question. Do/could you build a tiny home on a permanent foundation?
