Consulting As builders, we obviously would rather our clients buy a complete house, but as folks who were first attracted to a Tiny House as something that could be built with our own hands, we whole-heartedly embrace the DIY’er. For those of you who don’t have much of a construction background, or even those who do but perhaps have questions about the intricacies of Tiny Houses, we are here to help! We are available via phone, email, and in person if you are in the Durango area. We are willing to travel out of area, but obviously you will have to cover travel expenses. Our unique background in architecture, carpentry, construction management, and real estate investing always has our brains computing what is a creative way to accomplish a design goal while keeping it safe, cost effective, and attractive. We thrive off of little things like this, and are more than happy to share our passion with you.
Custom Design Everyone’s needs and tastes are different. There are some fantastic Tiny House plans out there, but for some individuals, they just don’t make the cut. We have a combined 20+ years of architectural experience working with individuals to develop home designs that meet their needs.
