A young couple down in the Las Cruces, NM area commissioned this dried in SIP shell. We only did the exterior work, so no interior photos available. We normally don’t share simple shell builds like this, but the exterior is so eye catching and so at place in its parking environment that we wanted to show this one!
The siding is a mix of brown corrugated metal, cedar lap siding, and turquoise trim. A rather fitting combo for the Land of Enchantment!
This particular shell priced out about 28k for those interested. This included an insulated trailer with subfloor, 4.5″ wall panels, 6.5″ roof panels, windows, siding, roofing, entry door, and a little bit of rough electrical in the ceiling since with SIP’s, this is easier to do as the roof panels are being lowered onto the wall panels rather than trying to fish wire around this intersection after the fact. We also provided the owner with some basic floor plans to give them a head start on finish out.
