Very interested in getting one in Albuquerque but where can I put it? Trailer park? Would like to try it out with a rental
Our next house going to ABQ. I think the owners were able to get it approved as an accessory dwelling unit, which meant that it could not have a cooking appliance installed. otherwise, I am not familiar with ABQ and tiny houses, you would have to make some calls to the city or have land on the outskirts of town.
I am also in the Albuquerque area- Rio Rancho actually and am interested in a tiny, custom built home. I would love to hear more about what the previous home owners did and hear about other options. Thank you!
Funny, just delivered a house to Alameda. They are in Bernalillo county though, not any city jurisdiction. They were somehow able to get it into the system as an ADU, but this required changing the design of the house and removing the range, to be honest not something I want to deal with again. You might be better off going to the outskirts of town and finding a farm or friends place to park it that is low key. This is how most people go about it.

My daughter is interested in buying this. She is having a hard time w her father paying for housing at fort Lewis college in Durango. I love the tiny house concept and would like to know if this model for sale can be put on rented land in durango legally and do you know anywhere like that or contacts near the school that could help locate land for rent or sale where she could put it?
