Wow, what a summer it has been! Unprecedented activity here at the shop in beautiful Durango, Colorado, USA. Things have slowed down now that fall is here. Our waitlist has all of sudden fallen to zero! For those looking to get into a tiny house of their own prior to Christmas, or even Thanksgiving, we can do it! Typical build times are 6 weeks from the day we receive a trailer, and about 3 weeks to get a trailer from the time you put down a deposit. So, do not waste another second, and give us a call right now! Turn your tiny house vision into a reality!
Could you give me a price estimate on a build similar to the hOMe, with the beetle-kill interior, on 20 ft trailer, excluding cabinetry? Do your prices include the trailer and do you use new or used? Thank You, Kim
how far will you deliver?
up to 750 miles from 81301. If you are further away, we can meet in the middle, or I have access to a few freight companies that can deliver anywhere in the US.
Do you have any models to walk through? We would like to take a field trip to take a look. We have never seen one other than pics.
We currently have two builds in progress. They will probably be here another 2 weeks before completion.
I want MORE info!! Do you have a number I can reach you at I need help
Is there any reason you could not find our contact page? https://www.rockymountaintinyhouses.com/contact
My current lease doesn’t end until March. Do you all build during the late winter months?
-Spencer
we build year round
Would you be interested in building a t8ny house on a foundation?
I’d like to build a tiny house using cargo containers as my hall ways ..
Look at a total Sq footage around 1400-1500 Sq feet not including the garage ..
Looking forward to hearing back from you
I can only do site built within 20 miles of Durango. I draw the line for “tiny” at around 300 sq ft. “Small” at about 800 sq ft. 1400 I would consider “normal”
Best, Greg
Do you do financing for tiny house??

Looking for something on a gooseneck 40′ do you do that?
Something like the Denali XL by Timbercraft.
Whoud eventually need delivered to Grand Junction area.
The biggest gooseneck we can get from Trailer Made is a 36+7 (43′ total). If you were to bring us a 40′ hotshot style trailer we could build on top of it, but it will be very tongue heavy!
