We currently have the capability to deliver most tiny houses on wheels within a 400 mile radius of Durango, CO. If you need your tiny house delivered further than this, we can meet you partway or arrange for a freight company to deliver your tiny house anywhere in the lower 48 for a great rate (see referrals below). Your tiny will be fully insured and moved by a professional who has extensive experience moving tiny houses. As the industry continues to grow, there will be more and more transport companies coming online to transport tiny houses and hopefully transport fees will become more competitive as this takes place.
COSTS:
If you choose to have us personally deliver your house, we charge a nominal fee to cover vehicle expenses as well as drive time. The following is an estimate of costs based on distance:

The actual fee will depend on the size and weight of your tiny house. Smaller houses pull easier and get better fuel economy while larger houses take more time and fuel.
If we deliver your house, the fee includes situating the house on site, leveling, and help hooking it up to utilities. If you hire a driver, they may or may not assist in getting it level and hookups, but best not to count on this service, although they should be able to get parked where you want it.
If you plan on hiring a transport company, I tell people to budget about $3.00 per loaded mile, but this of course will vary on the house, the time of year, and the route. It could go as high as $4.50 per mile.
