YES! We do provide shell builds for the DIY enthusiasts who want to complete most of the work themselves, but perhaps don’t have the time and/or resources for the most important part of the house, the shell envelope. We can build shells in any configuration you like and take the build all the way from a framed waterproofed envelope all the way to a finished house, including adding windows, doors, siding, roofing, electrical, plumbing, insulation,interior siding, ceilings, lofts, flooring, cabinets, you name it. Shells are available in wood stick framing, light gauge metal framing, and when timing allows, Structural Insulated Panels.
